How the maccha produced?

Maccha,is one of the label of Japan.We consumed maccha in our daily life:cakes,ice-creams,drinkings,etc.But,do you ever notice that how the maccha produced?
Yes,maccha original from green tea leaf,but it also exists some differences between green tea.I would like to explain to you with the very start point.
They are 6 steps before we could get the finished products:
1.Plantation.the tea farmers take measures to shade green tea trees as much as possible.With such measure,they try to avoid to soak up in sunshine,which would lead to high “Hlorophyll” & “Amino acid”
2.Pick.We adopt ”Steaming way” to remove “Green taste” from tea leaf.This processing should execute immediately at the day you pick up the tea leaf.
3.Baking.After we remove “Green taste”,we should dry them and preserve well.Generally,we adopt “Baking” way to make tea leaf dried.This move could reduce water,which contain in tea leaf.
4.Preservation.After we baked tea leaf,we keep them in negative temperature,which would help tea leaf form much more “Glucose”,which could improve “Sweet taste” in tea leaf.
5.Tencha.This is the main part of maccha processing.By using stone mill,we turn tea leaf into small pieces,then into powder.Strictly speaking,maccha only use stone mill,and grid by handwork.
6.Packages.Pack the maccha powder into different packages and finished.
